200 HEALTHFUL LIVING FALL, SPRING, SUMMER 2(1-1) The purpose of this course is to acquaint the student with concepts of wellness and the relationship between physical activity and optimal health and fitness. Topics include CV disease, exercise, nutrition, weight management, behavior modification, stress, cancer, addiction and sexually transmitted infections. Prerequisites: none
