RADT 241 - SECTIONAL ANATOMY & MODALITIES
241 SECTIONAL ANATOMY & MODALITIES Spring 3(3-0) This course provides an overview of transverse, coronal, and sagittal sectional anatomy of the human body. Special emphasis is placed on a study of the head and brain, thorax, abdomen, and pelvis. The shoulder, elbow, hip and knee are also examined. Correlations between sectional CT, MRI, and ultrasound images and radiographs are explored. Other radiographic modalities likely to be encountered in a hospital setting are also introduced. Prerequisites: E,M,R, RADT228, 229 with a grade of C or better.
